SkinwellAI is a subscription app: SkinwellAI Pro is an auto-renewable subscription that is required to use it. It covers the product scanner, your skin match, ingredient explanations and sources, your shelf with clash alerts and better-suited alternatives, a morning + evening routine, and the optional photo skin profile.
Plans: Monthly (US$4.99/month) and Annual (US$44.99/year), shown in your local currency in-app. No free trial.
Billing: charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
Auto-renewal: renews automatically for the same period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
Manage / cancel: Apple Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; access continues until then.
Restore: sign in from the subscription screen, or use Restore purchases in Profile → Subscription, to recover an active subscription on a new device or after reinstall.
No free tier: after onboarding, the app requires an active subscription. If you cancel, your access ends with the current period.
No medical service: a subscription does not change SkinwellAI's nature — it remains a cosmetic information product, not medical advice.
Refunds: handled by Apple per the App Store terms; contact Apple Support.
Billing is managed via Apple and RevenueCat; we never see your card details.
