Scanning a product: hold the product up to the camera in good light and let the front or the ingredient list fill the frame; tilt it a little against glare. If it isn't recognised, turn it around so the ingredient list can be read, search by name, or paste the list.
Results: the formula score is the same for everyone; the skin match follows your skin profile, so it changes if you update your profile or a product's list is corrected. Results are cosmetic information, not medical advice.
Wrong product information: on the result, tap ••• → Report a problem.
Your photos: a product photo goes to our AI provider (Anthropic) only to read the printed text, and we don't store it. A face photo is used only if you choose the optional photo skin profile; it is never sent to an AI provider and is kept for at most 30 days. See Profile → Privacy & data.
Subscriptions / Restore: SkinwellAI requires a subscription. Manage or cancel in Profile → Subscription → Manage subscription or in Apple Settings → Subscriptions. To recover an active subscription, sign in from the subscription screen, or use Profile → Subscription → Restore purchases.
Your data: export it via Profile → Privacy & data → Export my data.
Delete account:Profile → Privacy & data → Delete my account (see the Account Deletion page).
